Supplier qualification

How a supplier earns a place in our network

Sourcing globally only works if every link is trustworthy. This is the process behind each manufacturer we put your name next to — the single most important thing we do for your supply chain.

01

Supplier Qualification & Verification

Every prospective manufacturing partner undergoes FFIB's Supplier Qualification & Verification Process, which includes a comprehensive review of quality systems, technical documentation, manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability. Where appropriate, additional due diligence may be conducted to support our supplier approval process.

02

Verify certifications

Certifications and quality-system registrations are validated directly with the issuing and accreditation bodies — not taken at face value.

03

Test samples

Reference samples are tested through accredited laboratories for identity, purity, and contaminants before a supplier is approved.

04

Review COAs & specs

Certificates of Analysis and specification sheets are reviewed lot-by-lot against the agreed requirements for each product.

05

Confirm documentation

Regulatory documentation — COA, COO, SDS, allergen and GMO statements — is confirmed for every destination market.

06

Monitor continuously

Approved suppliers are re-assessed on a schedule, with ongoing quality monitoring and corrective-action tracking.
